Terms and Conditions

1. Object
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTC”) govern the contractual relations between Decostickerstore and its customers in the context of the sale of personalized and non-personalized products.

2. Personalized Products

  • Personalized products (stickers, mugs, etc.) are made according to the specifications provided by the customer.
  • These products, unless there is a proven error on our part, are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

3. Delivery Terms

  • The customer has the choice between several delivery methods: at home or via parcel relay.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to collect their package within the time limit at the parcel relay. If this constraint is not respected, the package will be returned to Decostickerstore.
  • For personalized items returned to the warehouse, reshipping fees will be applied. In case of non-payment of these fees, it is possible to come and collect the package directly at the following address: 810 route des moulins, 24140 Queyssac, France.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • No refunds are possible for personalized products.
  • In the event of proven non-conformity, Decostickerstore will take charge of a new shipment after receipt of the initial product.

5. Abusive use

  • Decostickerstore cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay or failure to deliver attributable to the customer (incorrect address, failure to collect on time, etc.).
  • The risks associated with the transport of goods are transferred to the customer upon collection by the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The designs and creations proposed by Decostickerstore remain the property of the company and cannot be used without prior authorization.

7. Disputes and Applicable Law

  • These T&Cs are subject to French law.
  • In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions and accepts them without reservation.
