Receipt of goods

Before signing for your order with the carrier, be sure to carefully check the condition of the boxes. We take the greatest care when preparing your order, however, the package may be damaged during transport. If you notice a damaged package, we invite you to check its contents. We pack the products so that the packaging can properly protect them for transport, but it is possible that this may not be sufficient. If the product is damaged, refuse delivery and indicate the reason on the delivery slip, as well as the items concerned. In the event that the product received does not correspond to the product ordered, please contact us so that we can arrange delivery of the correct product.

Terms of Delivery
