You can choose from 15 local merchants for delivery of your package. You will be notified of the availability of your package by text message and email. Your package will be available for 000 business days.
Home
You will be notified of the delivery of your package by email. Your package will be delivered to you in person or delivered to your mailbox. If its size does not allow it to be delivered to a mailbox, it will be made available to you at the post office to which you are attached. You have 10 working days from the arrival of your package at the post office to collect it.

Receipt of goods
Before signing for your order with the carrier, be sure to carefully check the condition of the boxes. Important: The "subject to unpacking" statement is not valid in the event of a dispute and does not protect you. We take the greatest care when preparing your order, however, the package may be damaged during transport. If you notice a damaged package, we invite you to check its contents. We pack the products so that the packaging can properly protect them for transport, but it is possible that this may not be sufficient. If the product is damaged, refuse delivery and indicate the reason on the delivery slip, as well as the items concerned. In the event that the product received does not correspond to the product ordered, please contact us so that we can arrange delivery of the correct product.
Terms of Delivery
We draw your attention to: any missing information that would require a new delivery, such as: - any error in the delivery address - if your home is difficult to access - your telephone number for making an appointment is incorrect - if you are absent during the delivery with an appointment or
that you did not collect your package from the relay point
This may be subject to additional invoicing at the actual cost of the new delivery. If the package is returned to us by the carrier, we will be forced to charge delivery costs for a new shipment even if the delivery costs were initially free. In case of cancellation of the order, the delivery costs will be deducted from the refund. Items personalized in size, color, text are not refundable.
