General Terms of Sale

1. Purpose
These General Terms of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “GTS”) govern the contractual relations between Decostickerstore and its customers in the context of the sale of personalized and non-personalized products.

2. Personalized Products

  • Personalized products (stickers, mugs, etc.) are made according to the specifications provided by the customer.
  • These products, unless proven to be an error on our part, are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

3. Delivery Terms

  • The customer has the choice of several delivery methods: to home or to a pickup point.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to collect their package within the specified time at the pickup point. If this requirement is not met, the package will be returned to Decostickerstore.
  • For personalized items returned to the depot, re-shipping fees will apply. In case of non-payment of these fees, it is possible to retrieve the package directly at the following address: 810 route des moulins, 24140 Queyssac, France.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • No refunds are possible for personalized products.
  • In the event of proven non-compliance, Decostickerstore will cover the cost of a new shipment after receiving the initial product.

5. Responsibilities

  • Decostickerstore cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay or failure of delivery attributable to the customer (incorrect address, failure to collect within the deadlines, etc.).
  • The risks related to the transportation of goods are transferred to the customer as soon as they are taken over by the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The designs and creations proposed by Decostickerstore remain the property of the company and cannot be used without prior authorization.

7. Disputes and Applicable Law

  • These GTS are subject to French legislation.
  • In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read these GTS and accepts them without reservation.
