A: Our decorative stickers are made from high-quality adhesive vinyl. It is a durable, resilient material designed for easy application and a professional finish.
Q: Are your stickers reusable?
A: No, our stickers are designed for one-time use. Once removed, they cannot be reapplied as they may lose their shape and adhesive properties.
Q: Can I use your stickers outdoors (car, window display)?
A: YES, our stickers are intended for indoor use with high weather and UV resistance. Our printed stickers are coated with anti-UV glossy laminate.
Q: Do you offer custom stickers?
A: Yes! We love custom projects. If you need a size, color, or design that is not available on the website, please contact us via our [link to contact/customization page] with your project details.
Q: Are the colors on the screen true to life?
A: We do our best to ensure that the colors displayed on the site are as accurate as possible. However, depending on your screen calibration (computer, tablet, smartphone), slight variations in shade may occur.
Category 2: Application and Installation
Q: On what types of surfaces can I stick my stickers?
A: Our stickers adhere perfectly to all smooth, clean, and dry surfaces.
- Ideal for: Painted walls (satin or glossy finish), glass, mirrors, metal, smooth plastic, varnished or melamine wooden furniture.
- Not recommended on: Textured surfaces (stucco, embossed wallpaper), porous surfaces (brick, raw concrete), damp surfaces, or on matte/powdery paints that may reduce adhesion.
Q: I just painted my wall. When can I apply my sticker?
A: It is crucial to wait at least 3 weeks after your paint application. Even if it feels dry to the touch, the paint must “off-gas” completely. Applying a sticker too soon could trap solvents and cause poor adhesion or damage the sticker and wall.
Q: Is it difficult to apply a sticker?
A: Not at all! Each order comes with a detailed application guide. For large stickers, we recommend having two people for easier application. Using an application squeegee is highly recommended for perfect results.

Q: What should I do if I have air bubbles during application?
A: Don’t panic! If small bubbles remain after application, take a very fine needle, gently pierce the center of the bubble and push the air out by smoothing it down with your finger or the squeegee.
Q: Can I reposition the sticker if I applied it incorrectly?
A: Unfortunately, no. Once the sticker is applied and smoothed down, trying to peel it off will damage it. Take your time to position it correctly before applying pressure.
Category 3: Removal and Maintenance
Q: How do I remove an old sticker?
A: For easy removal, gently heat the sticker using a hairdryer on a low setting. The heat will soften the adhesive. Start at one corner and gently pull, parallel to the wall (not towards you).
Q: Will the sticker damage my paint or wall?
A: On a healthy wall with quality paint that is well applied, the sticker will come off without any damage. If your wall has signs of weakness (chipping paint, damp wall), small pieces of paint may come off with the sticker.
Q: How do I clean my stickers?
A: You can clean the surface of your stickers with a soft, slightly damp cloth and a mild detergent (like soapy water). Never use abrasive products, solvents, or scrubbing sponges.

Q: What are the preparation and delivery times?
A: We carefully prepare your orders within 1-2 business days. Then, the delivery time depends on the carrier chosen and your location. (e.g., 48h for mainland France via Colissimo). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your order and the delivery address.
Tip: We offer free shipping for orders over €45 for mainland France including Corsica and Europe!
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You will be able to track the progress of your order in real-time on the carrier’s website.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: If your order has not yet entered production (especially for personalized items), contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: According to the law, you have 30 days after receiving your order to return items (non-personalized) that do not suit you. They must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Note: Personalized items (size, color, or specific text choices) are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless we are at fault.
Q: My sticker arrived damaged or there is an error in my order. What should I do?
A: We are sorry for this inconvenience! Please contact our customer service immediately attaching your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will find a quick solution (replacement or refund).

We use quality vinyl to manufacture your stickers; they are colored throughout which means they have high UV resistance.
They can be varnished.
The adhesives consist of three distinct layers:
- 1- The protective paper (silicone paper): it protects the adhesive until use.
- 2- The vinyl adhesive layer: this is what allows application and adhesion to surfaces.
- 3- The transfer paper: it facilitates the application by allowing precise placement of the adhesive on the target surface.
